Spotless Bathrooms - A Real Plus!

Very few people will buy a house because they fall in love with a bathroom. However, buyers will react to a bathroom that does not look clean or appears to be in disrepair. They could view the bathroom as a reflection of the overall condition of the property.

Many buyers know that plumbing repairs potentially represent a major expense. They are apprehensive that dripping faucets, loose tiles, and running toilets may be signs of persistent leaks that can lead to the growth of molds and fungus in the walls and flooring. '4 Colors That Turn Buyers Off

(by Realtor.Org)

Could the wrong shade of paint dampen interest in a home? As a real estate pro, you can point sellers in the right direction when they're considering color updates..

First, take note of palettes consumers tell researchers they like: The favorite color combos for exteriors are white and gray, beige and taupe, and slate and black, according to the 2013 National Home Color Survey. On the inside, neutral wins too. The most popular 2016 colors include grays and shades of white, as well as natural-looking greens.

Fill Bare Spots With Containers (by Home Depot)

As gardens grow and change, it’s only natural for holes or bare spots to pop up. If your landscape has empty spaces here and there, add containers to fill in the bare spots.

plumbing is working properly and that any damage caused by former leaks has been repaired.

Keep the bathroom spotless while your home is on the market. There are many different products that can help you achieve the effect of a desirable bathroom. You might even want to hire a professional to deal with the details, such as re-caulking around the tub and shower, replacing a cracked tile, or applying new paint with mildew retardant. A new shower curtain, bath mat, and nice smelling soap can help give the buyer one more positive reason for liking your home!

Although it's tough to prove, a Zillow Digs analysis of 50,000 photos of recently sold homes even suggests homes with creamy yellow or wheat-colored kitchens, light green or khaki bedrooms, dove or light gray living rooms, and mauve or lavender dining rooms sold for $1,100 to $1,300 more than properties decorated with less popular colors.

Sudoku The New Addiction!!

Just in case you've never played before. The object of the game is to fit the numbers 1-9 in the correct orders.

You need to fill a number from 1 to 9 in every blank cell.  A number must appear only once in each row, column and 3x3 block.

Sounds easy enough.

Don't give up. Once you get the hang of it, its very fun and challenges your brain.

(If you don't see the game on the left  please try refreshing your screen. You can use F5 or your refresh button.)
